When will my order be shipped?
The majority of orders are shipped within 5 business days. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has shipped.
Due to the ongoing effects of the current COVID-19 situation some orders may take longer than usual to be processed. You will be notified via email as soon as your order has shipped. We appreciate your understanding at this time.
How long is delivery?
Once you have received your shipping confirmation your item/s will be delivered in 6-10 business days within the UK. If you have selected tracked delivery, you will be able to track your order using the 'View Your Order' link in the shipping confirmation email or the 'Track Your Order' link on our website.
Deliveries outside of the UK are estimated at 10-18 working days from shipment.

My tracking number doesn't work?
All orders to the UK are shipped from our warehouse to the Royal Mail, Hermes or Yodel for delivery via a third party courier. During this time, tracking numbers may not show as active or may show the status 'sender dispatching item'. The order tracker will update when the package is received and scanned by the courier.
I've only received part of my order?
If you order multiple items they may be sent in separate packages. This may be due to courier size restrictions meaning more than one package is necessary. We also have multiple warehouses for our products and so your items may be sent from different locations depending on stock levels.
Can I cancel my order?
Your order can be cancelled or amended within the first 24 hours of purchase. If more than 24 hours has passed please follow our returns policy to receive a full refund.
Can I return my items?
Absolutely! Our policy lasts 30 days for faulty items. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you wish to return an item for other reasons the return must be requested within 14 days of delivery through the returns centre.
Which couriers do you use?
All items delivered to the UK are shipped using Royal Mail, Yodel or Hermes.
