Returns and Refunds
Your order can be cancelled or amended within the first 24 hours of purchase.
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after this time and so in this case please follow the returns policy below.
Refunds will be offered for non-delivery of items if the items have not arrived within 30 days of ordering. Please email us at email@example.com
Refunds will not ordinarily be issued for non-delivery for items showing as delivered to the address provided.
Once a refund has been processed you will receive an email confirmation. Funds are normally credited back to your account within a few working days but can take up to 30 days to be received.
Our policy lasts 30 days for faulty items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The cost of returning your item is at your own expense. If you wish to return an item for other reasons the return must be requested through the returns centre within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Received by us within 14 days of your request being accepted. If the items are not received within 14 days unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
